We are a Hudson Valley meal delivery service serving Columbia and Greene County, NY.
We think food that travels less tastes better. Our ingredients often go from farm, to kitchen, to your table within just a few days. It's a philosophy that our founder, James Mannix, has spent 20 years perfecting — from catering high-end events, to launching restaurants, to serving as Head Chef at the Hawthorne Valley Farm Store. Now he's bringing that expertise straight to your kitchen, combining his passion for clean eating with his love for the Hudson Valley.
Our ready-to-heat meals are made with ingredients you can feel good about, served in season and at peak deliciousness. That means whole, unprocessed ingredients you can pronounce, prepared in small batches in our kitchen.
