FREE delivery on orders over $100. Smaller orders are $20 to deliver with a $50 order minimum on deliveries.

Pickup

Prefer pickup? Visit our Kinderhook kitchen Fridays 1pm - 3:30pm. After 3:30pm, orders will be available in our outdoor fridge.

We deliver within 20 miles of Kinderhook. This includes most areas in Kinderhook, Valatie, Chatham, Ghent, Hudson, and downtown Catskill. Use our address checker at the top of the page to see if we deliver to you.

Your food will arrive between 1pm and 4pm on Fridays. You'll get an email upon delivery, but no need to rush home – your meals come packed with ice packs that keep everything cool and fresh for 6+ hours. And here's a green bonus: the bags and ice packs are reusable. Just leave them out on your next delivery day.

Here are some general tips to ensure our meals taste their best. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at any time.

Seafood

Seafood

Skip the microwave (it can make things rubbery). Instead:

  • Best: Quick pan-fry with a little oil
  • Also great: Cover with foil and warm at 375°F in the oven
Proteins

Proteins & veggies by the pound

  • Most items: Cover with foil and warm in the oven to keep moisture in
  • Want a more crispy finish? Uncover for the last few minutes
  • Panko chicken: 375°F for 15-18 minutes until heated through
Ready-made meals

Ready-made meals

Mixed meals (like our Sesame Wheat Noodles): Quick saute with a splash of neutral oil

Multi-item meals (like Mojo Chicken):

  1. Peel back film
  2. Remove sauce
  3. Microwave 2-2:30 minutes with film loosely on
  4. Add sauce after heating

Our Packaging

Our packaging is all made from plant-based, recycled, biodegradable plastic that's BPA free.

We don't use lids to avoid waste. Instead, we use a plant-based film that provides an air and watertight seal to keep food fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge.

The containers are microwaveable, freezable, and washable.
