Reheating 101
Here are some general tips to ensure our meals taste their best. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at any time.

Seafood
Skip the microwave (it can make things rubbery). Instead...
Best: Quick pan-fry with a little oil.
Also great: Cover with foil and warm at 375°F in the oven.

Proteins & Veggies by the Pound
Most items: Cover with foil and warm in the oven to keep moisture in.
Want a more crispy finish? Uncover for the last few minutes.
For Panko Fried Chicken: 375°F for 15-18 minutes until heated through

Mixed Meals
For meals where the ingredients come mixed together (like our Sesame Wheat Noodles), we recommend a quick sautee in a pan with a splash of neutral oil.

Multi-Item Meals
For multi-item meals with separated components (like the Mojo Chicken):
- Peel back film.
- Remove sauce.
- Microwave 2-2:30 minutes with film loosely on.
- Add sauce after heating.
